Bowling Green Hot Rods

The Bowling Green Hot Rods are the Single-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays and a member of the Midwest League of Minor League Baseball.  The Hot Rods, appropriately named given its hometown hosts both the National Corvette Museum and Assembly Plant, marked MC Sports’ first Single-A acquisition in baseball.

The Hot Rods moved to Bowling Green prior to the 2009 season and play in Bowling Green Ballpark, a state of the art ~4,500 seat facility in the heart of downtown.  The stadium opened in 2009 to a standing room only crowd of nearly 7,000 fans.  Since acquiring the team in 2013, MC Sports has made a number of structural and strategic changes to the stadium and continues to work closely with its local sponsorship and government partners.
